In some way, every day.

Getting a full workout or training session or yoga class is awesome, but sometimes just getting up and moving your body throughout the day is all we can do. Better to do what you can than nothing at all! (#amirite?!)

SEPTEMBER MOVEMENT CHALLENGES:
All of the daily exercises that have been posted on @shauna_harrison Instagram thus far (and for the rest of this month) have to do with mobility.

Think of mobility as exactly what I mentioned about: just getting your body moving. You don’t have to have equipment for these even if I am showing with equipment, modify as you need. Maybe it’s just an easy warmup, maybe it’s some movement you do to break up a long study session. Maybe it’s a warmup or a cooldown you do before or after practice.

Find a way to move for 10 minutes a day for as many of the remaining days of September as possible. If the exercises I give you don’t work for you, find something that does. Take a photo or a video*. Post it and tag #SWEATADAYScholars and #SWEATADAY. *for video editing, I recommend an app like PicPlayPost®.

SEPTEMBER HOMEWORK:
Aside from your (almost) daily movement challenge, your homework for September is to ask at least 5 people how they move throughout their day and tell us what they say. You can ask your friends, your family, your teachers, your coaches, whomever you want.

You will submit it either in written, photo, or video format (or some combination of the above). You can email it to info@sweataday.com, you can post about it, etc. just make sure we can see it (aka tag us or send it to us!)
