Hey Scholars!

Welcome to October. I know we got started a bit late in September, so if you want to go back and use any of the exercises from last month, check the #SWEATADAYscholars hashtag for any of the videos from my Insta.

Now that you’ve pledged, it’s time to get started for reals!

1) Your MOVEMENT CHALLENGES this month will focus on strength (in many forms). You need to do this at least 20 out of the 31 days of October.

Check in every day on Instagram for the given exercise. Post your version in photo or video* format or you can post anything movement based that fits the theme. For instance, if you play a sport, you can post something from you practicing.

 

2) Your EXTRA ASSIGNMENT this month is to introduce yourself in a post. You only have to do this once.

Specifically: Tell us about you, why you’re here, what makes you strong.
